  • Providing introductions between Experts and Attorneys

  • Sharing Experts’ credentials, CVs, or capabilities when appropriate

Expert Witness Growth does not provide legal advice, case evaluation, expert vetting, or engage in the practice of law.
All decisions regarding case engagement, scope of work, fees, and professional responsibilities remain solely between Experts and Attorneys.

3. No Agency or Professional Relationship

Nothing on this Website or through the Service creates:

  • an attorney-client relationship,

  • an expert-client relationship,

  • a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between Expert Witness Growth and any Expert or Attorney.

Expert Witness Growth acts solely as a marketing and introduction facilitator.

Experts and Attorneys are independently responsible for verifying each other’s qualifications, licensing, conflicts, and suitability for any matter.

4. Accuracy of Information

The Website may include information provided by Experts or publicly available sources. Rat Race Media, LLC does not guarantee:

  • accuracy

  • completeness

  • timeliness

  • reliability

of any information provided on the Website or in outreach campaigns.

Any reliance is at the user’s own risk.

5. User Responsibilities

For Experts

Experts using the Service agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information about their experience, credentials, and services

  • Update Expert Witness Growth with any material changes to their qualifications

  • Comply with all ethical, licensing, and legal obligations related to expert testimony and consulting

For Attorneys

Attorneys using the Service agree to:

  • Independently verify all Expert qualifications

  • Conduct their own conflict checks

  • Determine suitability of the Expert for their case

6. No Guarantee of Results

The Service provides introductions and outreach efforts only.
Expert Witness Growth does not guarantee:

  • case acceptance

  • expert engagement

  • attorney hiring decisions

  • specific business outcomes

  • number of leads, referrals, or revenue

Results will vary based on market demand, case factors, competitive landscape, and user responsiveness.

7. Fees & Payment

Fees for Experts may include:

  • Monthly retainers

  • Per-case success fees

  • Custom marketing or outreach packages

All fees will be communicated directly and agreed upon in writing before work begins.
Fees paid to Expert Witness Growth do not include any expert witness fees, litigation support fees, or attorney fees, which must be negotiated directly between Experts and Attorneys.

8. Intellectual Property

All Website content, including branding, text, graphics, logos, and outreach frameworks, is the property of Rat Race Media, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify Website content without prior written permission.

9. Third-Party Links

Rat Race Media, LLC is not responsible for:

We maintain commercially reasonable safeguards, but we do not guarantee confidentiality for any information transmitted electronically.

Attorneys and Experts should not send privileged or sensitive materials unless mutually agreed upon.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Rat Race Media, LLC,

  • Expert Witness Growth, and

  • its owners, employees, or contractors

shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising out of:

  • reliance on information provided

  • introductions facilitated

  • missed opportunities or lost profits

  • decisions made by Experts or Attorneys

  • service interruptions or technical issues

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rat Race Media, LLC from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of:

  • your use of the Service

  • your violation of these Terms

  • any disputes between Experts and Attorneys

13. Termination

Rat Race Media, LLC may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Users may stop using the Website at any time.

14. Governing Law
